Since its first sustainability report in 2024, our company has structured its latest 2025 sustainability report in accordance with the GRI Standards for Sustainability Reporting issued by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and with reference to guidelines from the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles for TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies jointly formulated by the Taiwan Stock Exchange and Taipei Exchange. The report covers aspects of corporate governance, social and environmental issues. Financial performance is based on auditor-certified financial reports, and the scope of disclosure includes the Taiwan headquarters and its subsidiaries; non-financial performance indicators are defined within the Taiwan headquarters. In the future, we will continue to publish this report every year in accordance with the principles of openness, transparency and integrity, and present the goals and results of corporate governance, environment and society (human rights) in a systematic way, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable development in society.
