To report a potential security vulnerability or concern in a Rafael Micro product, please email us using your mail application. Our team will review the report carefully and respond by email.

To help us evaluate and track the report, please include the following when possible:

• Company name and contact person (name, phone, email)
• Part number and chip revision
• Product category (e.g. TV, STB, Satellite, IoT, Optical, ASIC)
• High-level description of the problem
• Detailed steps to reproduce the issue
• Supporting files such as logs, crash dumps, packet captures, or screenshots if available
